Seeking those devoted to caring

The Kishwaukee United Way is asking the public to help it recognize outstanding staff or volunteers from nonprofit agencies by nominating them for a Spirit of Caring Award.

Volunteering and giving back to the community should not go unnoticed. The Spirit of Caring Award was designed to help honor those who spend countless hours in support of the United Way's mission: to improve lives by sharing community resources. The Kishwaukee United Way recognizes the contributions nonprofit volunteers and staff make, and this is an opportunity to honor them and their efforts.

Nomination forms can be found at www.kishwaukeeunitedway.org. The nomination deadline is Friday, February 22.
