DeKALB – Ken Olson, physical therapist and president of Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists, was recently invited to speak at the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Combined Sections Meeting in San Diego, Calif. Olson was part of a panel discussion sponsored by the private practice section of the APTA that focused on the appropriate level of direction and supervision of physical therapy procedures to support personnel.

Olson also attended presentations on topics such as examination of the shoulder and treatment of muscle pain. The shoulder presentation focused on the latest research for accurate assessment and diagnosis of common shoulder conditions such as rotator cuff injuries.
