Seeking great chili
DeKALB – The DeKalb Masons are seeking cooks and sponsors for a chili cook-off scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 4. The cook-off will be held at the Masonic lodge, at the corner of Fairview Drive and South Fourth Street in DeKalb.
Anyone can enter as a cook. For a $25 entry fee, cooks receive a T-shirt. Cooks of the top three chilis and the crowd favorite will receive trophies.
For $100, sponsors receive two T-shirts and their name will be featured on a banner.
