Jordan Peterson, a Life Scout with Boy Scouts of America Troop 2810 in Sycamore, recently organized a clean-up day at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, affiliated with St. Mary’s Church in Sycamore. Volunteers from Cub Scouts Pack 102, BSA Troops 2810 and 16, family and friends spent the day cleaning the grounds, pulling weeds, and beautifying grave sites. This work was done in preparation for his upcoming Eagle Project to renovate the south side of the stone cross monument at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
