North Grove Elementary students in Sycamore were given the option of participating in a summer reading program through the school. Students who read more than 600 minutes over the summer were entered into a drawing, sponsored by the PTO, to be principal for the day or to win a Kindle. All the students who reached the 600-minute mark also earned a pizza party and extra recess time. Natasha Incocencio (left) won principal for the day, and Cameren Reynolds (right) won the Kindle.
