SYCAMORE – St. Mary’s Church in Sycamore is hosting a Community Flea Market from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, April 12, in the Parish Activity Center, 322 Waterman St.  Proceeds will benefit a high school youth group mission trip to Toledo, Ohio.

“Our teens have been participating in the Catholic Heart Workcamp for the past several years and enjoy the opportunity to help those in need with repairs, cleaning and painting,” youth minister Sara Blaser said. “They also enjoy putting their faith into action by assisting at the local soup kitchens, food pantries, and low-income day care centers.”

Anyone can rent a space to sell items. Items for sale include crafts, new products like Pampered Chef, and secondhand or garage sale items.  A 10-foot-by-10-foot space is $20.  Tables can be rented for an additional $5.  Tables are available on a first come, first served basis.

Admission is free. For more information, or to secure your space, call Sara or Lisa at 815-895-3726, ext 2.
